Freehand

Arguably one of the best freehand fruit sculptors in the world, Melvin Myers will wow your guests with his exceptional ability to turn fruit into eye-popping, mouth-watering works of art.

Carved on site

Displays are cut where they will stand. Fruit carved hours earlier and driven across the city is not the same thing, and it shows by the time the room fills.

Built to your event

A monogram, a crest, a company mark, a national flag. If it can be drawn it can be carved, and it becomes the thing guests photograph.
